It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the account number, username, mobile number, or order number before confirming a recharge.
Skynet Wireless is not responsible for incorrect details entered by the user.
2. Failed Recharge Scenario
In the unlikely event that:
A transaction is successfully completed,
Your card or bank account is charged, but
The recharge is not delivered within 24 hours,
You may be eligible for a full refund.

4. Refund Process
Upon receiving your request, we will investigate the issue.
If it is confirmed that a charge was made and no recharge was delivered, the full amount will be refunded within 7 working days from the date of your request.
